Simgrosys uses Value engineering (VE) as a systematic method to improve the value of consumer goods or mechanical or electronics products and services by using an examination of function. Value can therefore be increased by either improving the function or reducing the cost. Simgrosys engineers perform value engineering activities by keeping the basic functions preserved and not be reduced as a consequence of pursuing value improvements.

All our product designs are verified and validated through state-of-art engineering analysis procedures. As they are validated even in the preliminary stage of design process, the possibilities of design failures are sorted out using the virtual model simulations. This will save lot of expenses incurred by both cost and time.

Detail engineering

Detail engineering in piping projects consists of the engineering, design, detail and layout of process and utility equipment, piping and instrumentation. Simgrosys engineers, designers and construction personnel are exposed to various procedures involved in the development and engineering of Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID's), Equipment Plot Plans, Piping Arrangements, and Fabrication Drawings.

Simgrosys engineers are well-trained in this area and able to take design decisions based on practical considerations without formulae or code reinforcement. Completing piping drawings take up the majority of man-hours in the design of a process plant.
